Montenegrin Civil Action is the name of the real need of Montenegro. Montenegrin – defined by the Constitution, the State, and the State’s borders. Civil – multiethnic and multiconfessional. The only possible. Action – because MCA is organized differently from the existing parties. MCA is an action transformed through a unique organization into a political entity.
The MCA logo is woven from the colors of the national flag. Its five ribbons describe the bird as a symbol of freedom. It stands for our diversity: five languages, five peoples, who live freely and harmoniously with all national communities. This is a prerequisite for progress in Montenegro, including economic progress. With its symbol, MCA highlights freedom as the primary criterion for realizing the rights of every individual in the state.
