The possibility of SELF-CANDIDATURE enables all individuals to apply for any place in the action.
Through LOCAL COUNCILS, it is possible to impact MCA’s activities without the obligation to be a member of the MCA or to be appointed to its bodies.
MCA’S RELATIONSHIP WITH ITS DEPUTIES AND COUNCILORS is defined by a unique article of the MCA Statute, with which MCA deputies and councilors undertake to promote the values that are the heritage of MCA. Otherwise, they unconditionally resign from all appointed positions in the MCA structure.
OPEN LISTS are the principle based on which MCA selects representatives for the elections. The MCA Statute defines this principle as the only one possible. Therefore, it is high time to choose the best and most respected among us.
UNANIMOUS OR 2/3 is the will and measure by which MCA bodies are formed. There is no possibility of appointing someone based on the choice of individuals. The minimum of 2/3 votes abolishes arbitrariness.
