MCA has a unique platform that functions on the principle of the free will of taking responsibility. It is entirely different from all other party structures in Montenegro and unique in the region and beyond. MCA does not have a “leader” standing in the way of the exchange of opinions and freedom of expression. Accountability is woven into MCA’s liberal mechanisms of appointment and dismissal.
MCA’s President does not have the decision-making power as in other parties. The President is there for everyone’s sake, not the other way around. MCA relies on ideas, responsibility, and trust that we want to build for a better Montenegro.
