Leaders are created by themselves. For this reason, MCA top consists of the Leadership Team of Coordinators.
As the most prominent person in the media, MCA President is in charge of presenting the MCA idea and vision in the best possible way.
Each individual bears responsibility for their work and commitment. There are no irreplaceable or untouchable individuals in MCA. The most capable among us are chosen by the decision-making will of 2/3 of us.
PRINCIPLES OF MAKING COALITIONS are clearly defined in the MCA Program. The conditions for making coalitions are clearly defined, as well as those that exclude every consideration of partnership. Coalition agreements should be public documents and the coalition measures should be determined by election will. The MCA Program inhibits blackmail and deviations!
